Now I’m on a mission to take that fat off and keep it off. I know low-carb works and the book, “Living Low Carb: Controlled-Carbohydrate Eating for Long-Term Weight Loss” by Jonny Bowden is where I’m starting my research. This post is my honest opinion, and review, of the book – not low carb dieting in general.
