Just two days ago I found a post by Robin of the Iron Blogger called Cartoon Me Please. Robin talks about a cool site that will make a cartoon version of yourself for about five dollars.
The site is called Cartoon Me. Cartoon Me will take a picture that you upload to their site and return a cartoon version in about two days. The € 3.50 converted to $4.68 USD at the time I placed my order. PayPal takes care of the conversion for you. Your new cartoon rendition can be delivered to your email or phone. Check them out.
