This is just a very small thing but it doesn’t always take a lot to impress me. My Daughter showed me a way to use a cell phone to record a number into it’s short term memory to recall when you need it.
I gave my daughter the four digit access number to our garage door and thought she would write it down. Instead she typed it into her cell phone’s keypad and hit send. Of course there’s no phone number with those four numbers but now it’s recorded in her phone’s temporary memory. When she needs in the garage later she can just go to her ‘recent calls‘ or ‘call log‘ to see the number. I was impressed. Clever right?
