Several years ago I lost 70 pounds on a low-carb diet. Wow did I feel great! Forward three years later (today) and I’ve “found” 45 of those pounds I lost.

Now I’m on a mission to take that fat off and keep it off. I know low-carb works and the book, “Living Low Carb: Controlled-Carbohydrate Eating for Long-Term Weight Loss” by Jonny Bowden is where I’m starting my research.
